Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their item unless there is an error on our part.

To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at returns@kzcustomcollection.com before you mail us back your product. If you have already emailed us before you read this then you do not need to email us again.
